To offer a broader selection and competitive pricing, we utilize a global fulfillment model, shipping directly from our professional manufacturing partners and centralized distribution hubs.

Please review our shipping terms below to understand our delivery process.

1. SHIPPING COSTS & TAX

We strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent:

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $50.00 (USD).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of $8.99 (USD) applies to orders under $50.00.
  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination address (where applicable).

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

While we are a locally-rooted business in Redway, CA, our partnership with Sichuan Boxinda Communication Technology Co., Ltd. allows us to fulfill orders from global inventory hubs. This results in the following delivery windows:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST) – Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are typically dispatched from our facilities within this timeframe.
  • Transit Time: 7 – 15 business days (Monday to Friday). Due to our direct-from-partner shipping model, please allow up to 18 business days for your items to arrive.
  • Total Delivery Time: 8 – 17 business days.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & CARRIERS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (Lower 48 States). We partner with reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely. Once the package reaches the U.S., it is typically handed over to a local carrier for final delivery.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
  • You can track your order status at any time via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. CHANGE OF ADDRESS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Address Change: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us at info@redwayfeedandgarden.com or call +1 (707) 923-2765 within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the destination once the order has entered the fulfillment process.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our Refund Policy upon receiving the item.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact us within 5 business days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
